Be Still and Know

Psalm 46:10 says: Be still, and know that I am God.

Not "work harder and know that I am God."

Not "figure it all out and know that I am God."

Be still.

Stillness is not laziness. It is trust that says, "I do not have to carry this alone."

Sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do today is stop striving and simply rest in who He is.

My Declaration

I will be still today and let God be God over what I cannot control.
